The Tooling Certificate:

Is only valid in participating markets
Is valid for one calendar year from its issue date
Is valid for a single transaction only up to its face value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
Will not be reimbursed if unused or only party-used does not permit product returns
Is not transferable and can only be used by the recipient designated by the machine tool supplier
Can be redeemed up to its face value of the single transaction – if the total purchase value exceeds the value of the Tooling Certificate, the remaining balance will be invoiced at the agreed commercial terms
Sandvik Coromant reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of the Tooling Certificate at any time without prior notice.
Legal claims arising out of or related to this certificate shall be adjudicated by the courts in the country where the Tooling Certificate was issued
