T-Max® P - Optimized for external turning

T-Max P is designed for external turning of medium to large components starting from 30 mm (1.18 in) in diameter. It can also handle internal turning of large bores from 50 mm (2 in). This versatile system supports a wide range of materials and operations, making it ideal for general and advanced turning applications.

T-Max P provides productive and secure machining, even in roughing operations. Its stable clamping and double-sided inserts with strong edges ensure durability. Optional high-precision coolant nozzles improve chip control and process security, while wiper and Xcel insert geometries allow high feed rates without compromising surface finish or chip breaking.

The T-Max P range includes holders with stable insert clamping and optional high-precision coolant. Available options include shank tools, QS shanks, boring bars, damped Silent Tools boring bars, CoroTurn SL, and Coromant Capto interfaces. The insert assortment covers all shapes, sizes, geometries, and grades, including advanced materials like PCD, CBN, and ceramic, ensuring solutions for various cutting conditions.
