Cut cycle times — elevate quality
The larger contact radius, compared to traditional ball nose end mills, reduces cusp height which provides superior surface finish and minimizes the need for secondary finishing operations.
Superior performance with Zertivo® 2.0
CoroMill® Plura barrel provides two grades with Zertivo® 2.0 coating optimized for profiling of titanium alloys (T2CH) and HRSA (R2AH).
When to use
- Optimized for high-productivity surfacing, such as blade milling operations
- Semi-finishing to finishing applications
- Primary workpiece area is ISO S (titanium and HRSA)
- Secondary workpiece areas are ISO M (stainless steel), ISO P (steel) and ISO H (hardened steel)
