Tulip head
The tulip head is made from a titanium (e.g. TiAl6V4 ELI) or stainless steel (e.g. 316LVM) bar.
For external turning, the QS-HP offers quick setup, good surface finish, superior chip control and very long tool life.
Internal turning with CoroTurn® XS is a secure process with no issues with chips clinging on tool. Also, the process can run without operator present.
