CoroPlus® Connected
CoroPlus® Connected, fully integrated into the machine tool, provides high-level process security for your manufacturing operation.
With full integration into your machine's NC control, you can set limits on tool load, bar deflection, vibration, and damping system temperature. If something unexpected happens, the system will initiate a "stop & retract" to move to a safe position and avoid machine downtime and costly repairs.

Higher efficiency with the assisted safety function
CoroPlus® Connected monitors the machining processes with an assisted safety function to eliminate collisions, poor surface quality and scrapped components due to incorrect dimensions. The system will stop the machining process and retract the tool, ensuring higher efficiency.
Optional ATC function with Coromant Capto® built into the machine to increase efficiency and productivity, reducing chip-to-chip time and idle time.
Improve process security with machine assistance
With the correct data at hand, you will get machining process information such as tool in-cut indication, vibration warning, and tool deflection data from nominal dimensions, ensuring that the right quality is achieved.
Follow-up quality and process with machining diagnostics

How to order
CoroPlus® Connected is available through our machine tool partners (see separate list).
When ordering with a new machine:
- Contact your local machine tool maker to get a quote and order your new machine tool with CoroPlus® Connected. CoroPlus® Connected includes all necessary equipment, software, and integrations for process automation with sensorized tools.
- Order your CoroPlus® sensorized tools through your local sales representative.
- Activate your software license online (see link) or contact your local sales representative.
When upgrading your current machine:
If you are interested in upgrading your existing machine with CoroPlus® Connected, please contact your machine tool distributor or your local sales representative to inquire about compatibility.
