Tired of the usual trade-offs? Stability or speed. Quality or quantity. It’s time for a change. CoroDrill® DE10 is built for secure, high-feed performance without constant fine-tuning. Smooth. Stable. Seriously productive.
The -M5 tip geometry is unique, and offers uncompromising performance in all materials and a wide range of cutting data. With this one-size-fits-all design, CoroDrill® DE10 is easy to apply and exceptionally useful for mixed production.
And when you need to take optimization a step further, the -M5F and -M5C geometries offer the same ease of application while being tailored to meet specific requirements.

CoroDrill® DE10 offers peak performance at high feeds and speeds, leveraging its unique geometry, high-performance grades and robust design. Increase your feed by 40% and watch your productivity and cost efficiency soar. Plus, you will reduce your CO2 emissions per operation by approximately 20% (recorded in reference testing).

When paired with recommended feeds and speeds, CoroDrill® DE10 delivers unmatched tool life with an average increase of 40% or more, regardless of the material. Expect high, consistent quality from beginning to end and reduced cost per hole.

The universal -M5 geometry delivers reliable plug-and-play functionality across a wide range of applications. In addition, there are two powerful geometries, -M5F and -M5C, designed to take your optimization to the next level.

The pre-tension clamping interface of CoroDrill® DE10 is just like the ones you are accustomed to, but with next-level security. This patented solution is the most robust design of its kind, offering:

Chip breaking and chip control are very important for the customer and chips should not obstruct the operation of the conveyor and gantry. The competitor solution creates inconsistent chips and snarls of varied lengths are reported. With CoroDrill® DE10, we provided increased productivity and tool life, with good corner security and chips.
There is no difference in applying 3×D or 8×D with regard to the feed recommendations. The applied cutting data should be within the recommendations.

Find the latest updated cutting data for all material groups and articles in CoroPlus® Tool Guide. Set the workpiece parameters and the system generates starting point cutting data.

When drilling through holes, use point length (PL) + 1 mm (0.039 inch) to ensure the drill tip is completely through the hole exit. The exact PL value is found on the article’s web page.

Note: These advanced operations are not recommended, but if necessary, follow the guidelines below. Results may vary depending on workpiece material and drill length and the number of drill tip changes can be significantly reduced.
