What do I do now?

1. Make your own visual inspection of your tools to determine which drills can be reconditioned. Look at the wear patterns for guidance.
2. Contact your distributor or call 1-800-SANDVIK for return information.
3. Pack and send your drills according to the shipping instructions.
4. After inspection, we will confirm which drills we are able to recondition. The tools that can not be reconditioned will be sent back to you.
5. After approximately 15 business days, from the time your shipment is received, we will ship your reconditioned tools back.
