工件装夹

  • 对于通孔,确保留有排屑空间
  • 铰削薄壁零件时,确保零件周围的夹紧力均匀

铰削切削液

切削液的主要任务是将冷却液直接输送至切削区域,从而实现更长的刀具寿命和良好的排屑性能。

  • 对于整体硬质合金铰刀,直槽铰刀采用轴向内冷却液,螺旋槽铰刀采用横向内冷却液
  • 与油相比,将乳化液用作切削液通常能够实现更长的刀具寿命
  • 建议压力为15 bar
  • 增加冷却液压力会对切屑控制和断屑产生积极的影响

铰刀位置

为了避免振动,预加工孔与铰刀之间的偏置量应尽可能小。

断续切削

铰刀通常可用于:

  • 在铰刀头直径小于22 mm (0.866英寸) 时加工直径小于2 mm (0.079英寸) 的交叉孔
  • 在铰刀头直径大于等于22 mm (0.866英寸) 时加工直径小于3 mm (0.118英寸) 的交叉孔

铰削斜面

使用铰刀铰削斜面时:

  • 进刀时的最大推荐角度为5°
  • 请务必确保尽可能小的跳动量
  • 使用整体硬质合金铰刀时,请向技术专家咨询

铰削预加工孔

不要期望通过铰削能够纠正预加工孔在任何位置上的错误或直线度错误。

  • 预加工孔的直线度应小于0.05 mm (0.002英寸)。
  • 确保预加工孔的直径允许使用推荐的径向切深。
